Sports massage works on a specific area using techniques to manipulate the muscles and soft tissues to reduce muscle tension, aid recovery from exercise/sports, help the breakdown of scar tissue and increase restricted movement. Sports massage sessions are 30 or 50 minutes.

Deep tissue massage is a deep form of massage to help relieve muscle tension and help increase mobility.  Working environments, stress and modern lifestyles can contribute to muscle tension throughout your body leading to problems from general aches, migraines, shoulder stiffness, back aches to loss of sleep. Deep tissue massage can be of benefit during these times. Deep tissue massage sessions are 30 or 50 minutes

Dry needling is a technique using acupuncture needles to help relax the muscles and can be used as a treatment on its own or in conjunction with massage. Dry needling sessions are 30 minutes.

Myofascial massage is a light touch technique working on the fascia around the muscle and can be an effective way of reducing muscle tension, giving many of the same benefits as massage. Sessions are 50 minutes

Pregnancy massage can help relieve muscle aches and pains during pregnancy but is only available in the second and third trimester of your pregnancy. Sessions are 30 or 50 minutes.
